Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425° F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Add the sausage, broccolini, cherry tomatoes, and gnocchi to a mixing bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil, then season with the salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss well to combine.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and spread into an even layer.
  4. Place the pan in the oven to roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the gnocchi is tender and the tomatoes have softened and burst.
  5. Remove from the oven. Spoon the mixture into bowls and serve topped with parmesan cheese.
